NYC Soho Residence

A sophisticated Soho residence designed to balance the raw character of downtown New York with a warm, refined sense of luxury. Original industrial elements, including exposed steel columns and expansive loft-style proportions, are layered with rich woods, dramatic natural stone, custom millwork, textured wall treatments, sculptural lighting, and thoughtfully curated art.

Throughout the home, a restrained neutral palette allows material, texture, and form to take center stage. Custom architectural moments create intimacy within the open layout, while bold artwork and unexpected details bring personality and energy to each space. The result is a home that feels elevated yet comfortable, modern yet soulful, and distinctly connected to the artistic spirit of Soho.
